Delivery Locations
We deliver our products locally within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally to select countries. All deliveries are managed through a trusted third-party courier to ensure your orders reach you safely.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within UAE: Deliveries will be completed within 1–2 working days.
- International Deliveries: Deliveries typically take 4–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, weekends, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Fees
- UAE Deliveries: A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies.
- International Deliveries: Fees vary based on the destination country and will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
Proof of Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please ensure you sign the delivery receipt as proof of successful delivery. Retain this receipt for your records.

Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email or SMS within 24 hours of receipt. This confirmation will include the details of your payment and your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please contact us at finance@virtuedubai.com for assistance.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and convenience for our customers.
- Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit or debit card.
- Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Orders were not delivered due to an error on our part.
- Products/services were not as described or were defective.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The delivery packaging has not been opened.
- The product is damaged upon delivery or is the wrong product.
- The item is in its original, untampered, and sealed packaging.
To initiate a return, please notify us immediately at finance@virtuedubai.com. Once approved, return the product using a registered courier service. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used or tampered with.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Customers may cancel their orders or requested services within 24 hours of placement.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
